My current doctoral research focuses on latent variable modeling techniques, such as item response theory (IRT) and structural equation modeling (SEM). However, I am aware that what sits in the core of the research is the context. As an international student with education experience in different countries, I am interested in exploring international assessments as well as different countries’ national assessment and their rationales. Given my undergraduate experience as a psychology student, I am also interested in at-risk students and relevant interventions, as well as multilingual adolescents and their development.
